Q: I’m a current Economy customer. How do I get access to online ordering?
A: Click sign in and enter you email. You will then be prompted to fill out a registration form. Please make sure to include your account number so we can properly match you in our system. Please allow 1-2 days for your account to be activated.
Q: I don’t have an account with Economy. Can I still place an order?
A: Online purchasing is only available for trade professionals who have established accounts with Economy. We will open the site up for guest check out in the future.
SHOPPING undefined ORDERS
Q: Why can’t I see prices and availability on anything?
A: You must be logged into your account to see pricing and availability.
Q: Why can’t I see pricing and availability on some items?
A: Those items are most likely non-stock or special order items. Please contact us for more info on these items.
Q: I don’t see an item I know you offer. Where is it?
A: Some items aren’t “web ready.” We’re still gathering all the data necessary to list those items online. If you don’t see what you are looking for please call us!
Q: How long will it take for my order to be ready?
A: Once your order is placed, it goes directly to your usual Economy counter. Just like when you call or stop by the counter, we will get your order ready as fast as possible.
MY ACCOUNT
Q: I need to remove a user from my company’s account. How do I do that?
A: Please email web@epshome.com with your request.
Q: I’m looking for an order I placed at the counter. Why can’t I see it?
A: The Order History currently will only show orders placed via the website. We will have full account management capabilities soon.

ACCOUNT TOOLS
Lists
You can create groups of products to make ordering more convenient. Common uses include:
Kits: Add parts and supplies you usually purchase together to a group. You’ll be able to add the entire group to your cart with one click.
Favorites: Put your go-to items in a group. You’ll be able to view the list, select only the items you want that day, then quickly add them to your cart.
Truck Stock: Put your normal stock items in a list for quick restocking on the go.
You can make product groups for whatever reason you want. They are saved to your account and they can only be used by you.
AI Recommendations
We are using an AI tool to filter search results and recommend companion items. This is based on your companies sales history and will improve as we use the website.
